During peak seasons, such as holidays or major sales events, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email with your details once your order is successfully placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
3. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the continental United States. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse located in Brampton, Ontario.
- Within Canada: We primarily ship via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel) or other reputable courier services (e.g., Purolator).
- To the United States: We ship via USPS First Class International Package Service or UPS Standard, depending on package weight and destination.
The specific carrier and service level for your order will be selected at our discretion to balance cost, speed, and reliability.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package weight, and dimensions. We offer the following general service levels:

For U.S. Customers:

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and commence from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed. Delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), inclement weather, or incorrect address information.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey in real-time. You can also log into your account on www.securekitchens.com to view your order status and tracking information.
6. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/suite numbers. We ship to street addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Secure Kitchen Inc. is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at the customer’s additional expense.
7. International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped to the United States, please be aware:
- The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes (such as HST/GST or sales tax), and brokerage fees charged by the destination country.
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Secure Kitchen Inc.
- Customs policies vary widely; we encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information. We cannot predict or be responsible for these additional charges.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
- Damage Upon Delivery: If your package appears damaged upon receipt, please refuse the delivery or note the damage with the carrier immediately. Then, contact us at corollfier@securekitchens.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged package and product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement promptly.
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (exceeding the estimated delivery window by 7+ business days), please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
- “Delivered” But Not Received: If the tracking states your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and surrounding areas (porch, garage, etc.). Then, contact your local postal office or carrier depot with the tracking number for further investigation. If this does not resolve the issue within 3 business days, contact us for assistance.
